RESERVATION
Please make sure you fill completely the booking form before
you press the "submit button", your reservation
shall be replied at least within 2 x 24 hours, depend on how
early we receive hotel's written confirmation. To secure the
booking your credit card details is required. The paper work
will be sent to you upon confirming your booking. We guarantee
All information you send to us, cannot be seen by any other
third party. We use your personal information strictly for
the purpose of processing your accommodation reservation requests;
the payment can be settled upon your arrival in Bali (Not
valid for particular hotels & season ) either by cash
(any currency), or credit card The alternate means to guarantee
the booking is by settling a deposit via Bank transfer.
Please note:
· Any Bank charge shall be paid by the sender.
· We shall only proceed your booking once we receive
the booking guarantee (Credit card details or Bank transfer)
PAYMENT:
· All rate is quoted in US Dollar (US$) inclusive 21%
government tax & service
· For low season, payment can be settled upon your
arrival in Bali, unless different stated on the confirmation,
BUT the credit card guarantee is still needed. Meanwhile during
peak season period, advance payment is required, the payment
due date shall be informed upon confirming your booking.
· We accept all majors of credit cards such as VISA,
MASTERCARD, AMEX and all transaction will be converted into
Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and the exchange rate based on the
day of payment. Additional fee 3% for payment by credit card
VOUCHER
We shall issue the voucher for all guaranteed reservation.
The copy of the voucher will be sent to you via email/fax.
Please do print it out once you receive the voucher &
present it upon registration at hotel front desk, then our
company shall send the original one to hotel.
CANCELLATION
· Cancellation fee will be charged to you if the hotels
or other suppliers apply cancellation fee for any cancellation
made. The total of cancellation fee depends of the regulations
from each supplier.
· For any refund, any Bank charge/credit card surcharge
shall be taken out from your deposit amount.
· The cancellation deadline will be mentioned on confirming
your booking.
LAW OF AGREEMENT
The laws of the Republic of Indonesia shall govern this agreement.
Any claim or legal action arising relating this agreement,
the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia shall rule.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to reservation,
and you agree to abide by such other Terms and Conditions.
